Treatment quality

Value Based Healthcare - the strategy for more benefits and new values

Quality has many dimensions: The task of quality management is to identify people's individual expectations and ideas, whether as patients or our employees, to make them evaluable using suitable measurement methods and to make them available for a continuous improvement process. At the same time, we are committed to the value-based healthcare concept anchored in the USB strategy, which aims to achieve the greatest possible added value from each treatment while making optimum use of resources.

How are our patients doing before, during and after treatment? How do our specialists succeed every day in tailoring the appropriate treatment to the individual quality of life and individual needs of patients? How does the USB compare nationally and internationally in terms of treatment quality?

Together with doctors, nurses, department heads and all employees, we create a basis for answering these questions based on data and, wherever possible, on a daily basis. The USB relies on a person-centered understanding of quality that enables patients and employees to work together to achieve optimal and sustainable treatment quality.
