Professional internships during the FMS
As an FMS student specializing in health/natural sciences, you can complete a one-week work placement at the University Hospital Basel. Depending on your interests, you will gain an exciting insight into the nursing, medical-technical and/or medical-therapeutic professions during your internship.

Fachmatura internships
Have you completed your technical secondary school certificate and are now studying for a vocational baccalaureate in healthcare? We know: All you need to complete your degree is a 6-month internship. We offer internships in the care sector to students majoring in health/natural sciences. The internship is currently mainly possible on nursing wards.

Nursing internships
Are you interested in a career in the healthcare sector? That's great. Are you still missing the nursing internship for admission to a university of applied sciences? Perfect! Nursing internship for medical students
For students of human medicine, the four-week nursing internship is a compulsory part of their studies. You are welcome to apply to us for this unpaid nursing internship.
