About Partner Service Management
Partner Service Management comprises the Referral Services, Multi-Service Management and International Service teams. Bundling these areas enables a stronger focus on service quality, revenue growth and network maintenance. The department's core competencies are close cooperation with partners, the provision of excellent services and the strategic management of these processes. Specialized teams ensure that specific requirements are processed efficiently and that cooperation is developed further in the long term.
International Service
The International Service offers comprehensive support for international private patients. The services include
- Support before, during and after the hospital stay, including organization and coordination of medical, financial and logistical issues.
- Supporting the clinics and departments to ensure a first-class service for international self-pay patients.
- Continuous improvement of service quality for international patients.
Multi-service management
The Additional Benefits Management department is responsible for the strategic and operational development of services for semi-privately and privately insured patients (HP/P) with the aim of securing and expanding revenues from additional benefits. The main tasks are
- Establishment and management of the specialist unit as well as securing and increasing revenue from surplus benefits.
- Implementing and further developing the catalog of surplus benefits and developing new service models in coordination with the Tariffs department.
- Identifying potential for improvement and promoting cooperation with service providers, marketing and revenue management.
Referral services
The Referral Services team is the central interface to GPs and specialists. The tasks include
- Supporting the USB clinics in network maintenance as well as analyzing and optimizing referral processes.
- Planning and organizing referral events and maintaining personal contact on site.
- Creating targeted analyses for the clinics and ensuring the quality of master data.
- Support in improving internal referral management and technical advice.
