We continuously carry out quality measurements at the USB and carefully monitor their results. We derive targeted measures from the key figures in order to further improve our services every day.
As part of our quality measurements, we place a particular focus on the treatment outcome from the patient's perspective.

Safety culture is the sum of what an organization is and does in its pursuit of safety. Internationally validated employee surveys are recommended to measure the safety culture at healthcare facilities. The USB has launched preparations for such a survey in 2022.
