We work at the USB in a dynamic environment that is open to innovation and new ideas.

We take on a lot of responsibility here, can contribute our specialist knowledge and actively drive our specialist areas forward. This makes our work varied and exciting, combined with a very informal atmosphere.

As a university hospital, the most diverse treatment paths exist side by side - everything from basic care to highly specialized high-tech medicine is offered here.

Interdisciplinarity is a top priority at the USB. Professional cooperation and further development in relation to patient care between the individual MTT professions and with other professional groups is very closely cultivated.

However, this is not the only reason why teamwork is important: our culture is based on flat hierarchies and a modern management style - so we work in interprofessional teams whenever possible.
